You can use it if you're suffering from mouth ulcers, dental surgery inflammation, teething, aching gums or tongue, or a sore throat. Difflam mouth spray contains zero gluten, lactose, or sugar and provides the perfect amount of relief directly to the source of pain. When sprayed on the affected area, it acts as a local anaesthetic, triggering numbness and, thus, pain relief. Difflam mouth spray is suitable for children and adults. The active ingredient is benzydamine hydrochloride 0.15% w/w (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication).
