    Vicks VapoRub 4-in-1 Cold Symptom Relief is most effective at the onset of a cold. 

    Adults

    Massage generously into your chest, back, and throat, covering the entire area for optimum results. Wear loose-fitting pyjamas so you can inhale the vapours effortlessly.

    Children aged two or over

    Carefully apply lightly to your child's back and chest. Make sure they wear loose-fitting pyjamas to make inhalation easier.

    Inhaling method (adults only)

    If your cold symptoms or congestion continue, for more in-depth action, dissolve two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub 4-in-1 Cold Symptom Relief in a bowl of extremely hot (but not boiling) water. Breathe in the calming medicated steam for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
