Galpharm Max Strength Cold & Flu Capsules relieve cold and flu symptoms, like sore throats, aches and pains, blocked noses (nasal congestion), headaches, exhaustion and sleepiness, and feverishness. Paracetamol (an analgesic) relieves pain and reduces your temperature when you have a fever. Caffeine helps promote the effects of paracetamol and increases your alertness, while phenylephrine (a decongestant) reduces inflamed nasal passages. It's suitable for adults and children over 12 years and contains paracetamol, caffeine, and phenylephrine.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take two capsules every four hours. Do not exceed eight tablets (four doses) in 24 hours. Avoid giving to children under 12 years.
